Where do you ship?


We ship to 3 countries at present India, USA and Canada.




Which payment methods do you accept?


We accept all major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.




Do you allow returns?


Absolutely, we accept returns. The returns should be initiated within 4 days of receiving the order.




What is the durability of the product?


We provide a lifetime warranty of 30 years from the date of purchase. However special cares needs to be taken for more longevity of the product. The information is mentioned in the care instruction section of the product.




What precautions should I take for the product?


Water and moisture are the major set-back in this form of artwork. All artwork at no time should be exposed to atmospheric moisture or come in contact with any water bodies. As natural colours are flammable in nature, artwork should be kept away from any flammable substance. Do not fold OR roll the painting frequently to avoid crease to the colour.




Do I get a warranty on the frame?


As of now, we are not providing any warranty on the frame. The frame is a made of polystrene and it is durable in general.




What frame materials do you use?


We use the best quality eco-friendly substance(Mixture of wood and polymer) for the framing. Acrylic Frame is imported from Indonesia for maximum durability. We also provide a waterproof back board in case of any seepage of water particles from your wall.




How to clean the painting/frame?


It is advised to use a duster or wet-wipe to clean the borders and the face of the acrylic. Wet-wipes should not come in direct contact to the painting.




Why are you not providing glass frame?


Glass frames are heavy in weight which would not only cost alot more in transportation but also is susceptible to breakage and there by damaging the painting. You can always change to glass frame at your local shops nearby and get the best experience of the painting. We are working on optimizing our framing and packaging process to accomodate our art lovers with a luxury glass frame experience.




Which shipping companies have you partnered with?


We are currently partnered with 2 e-commerce partners named DHL and DTDC for domestic and international transportation.




How many days it takes to ship the product?


If the painting is readily available with the artist, then we can ship it in 2 days. But if the painting is not readily available then it depends on the waiting list for the artist. As the paintings are created by hand, the process normally takes 15-20 days for completion. We will provide you with the live updates on your order. You will never feel stranded for information.




How can I track my order?


Once your order is dispatched we will update you via email and text message notification. You can put the tracking ID in partnered delivery website and get the update. You can also get the tracking ID from "My Order" section of your account.




What are the sizes of your product?


As different paintings have different aspect ratio, the sizes vary accordingly. Please refer to the size chat provided in each product for more details.




Will the colour fade?


Myth says the colour won't fade for 100 years, however upon testing we provide you with a warranty of 30 years. Please take precautions mentioned in the care instructions of each painting for longevity and durability. The longevity of the painting is an equal responsibility on the customer as the creator. And we believe our customers will take good care of the art.




What is the width of the product?


For your modern home, we provide a sleek artform of 50mm of width.




Do you provide customization for special order?


Yes we are here to listen to you. Fill in the enquiry form and will get back to you ASAP. For customisation we will be needing your initial design. A rough painting will be drawn as per your design and will have a videocall to confirm the design . Will get it done better if you are not satisfied or need any changes. Upon confirmation your painting will go to production,




What is the customization timing?


All good things take time. Once we confirm your rough design . Artist will give you a time period for the same. It might take longer than expected as only 1 artist will work on 1 painting. Artist can work for a maximum of 2-hours a day to achieve full efficiency. It might take from a minimum of 15 days to a maximum of 25 days. Regardless of the time requirement, we will always keep you updated on the painting and the stage it is in. You will never feel stranded for information.




What is the customization cost?


Costing depends on factors such a size, design and the colour combination. Your costing will vary depending upon your design requirements. The details of the artwork will command a higher price. It will definitely bring a different aura to your household. The details of the price can be acquired by directly contacting us using the contact us form.




I received my painting but the colour of the painting doesn't match the online image. What do I do?


As all paintings are handmade there will be a slight variation in every painting. All products are handmade and contains various natural elements. The output may not be 100% identical to the online image. Although, the overall contrast of the painting will remain same.




Do I have to pay extra for shipping?


We cover all charges for your various taxes, shipping and packaging. The amount you paid is your final bill.




What if I don't like my Artwork or if there is a defect?


Relax - your purchase is guaranteed 100%. If you're not happy with your print for any reason, we will send you a replacement canvas for no additional cost. (you may be required to send a picture/video of the defective to prove it has been destroyed.) If you're still not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your full purchase price. NOTE this does not cover refunds because the piece doesn't "fit" with your decor. Please check our return and refund policy before placing a return/refund/exchange.




How do I place an order?


Go to store, a page with various product will appear. Follow these steps next = Select a painting -> select a size -> Select a frame color -> Add to cart/ buy now -> Enter your shipping details -> continue -> proceed to the payment gateway. Once your payment is done you will get a confirmation of your order. We will take care of the rest.




How do I cancel my order?


If you have a change of mind. We request you to get in touch with us and we will help you out with a solution. If nothing works you can go to my orders from your account and you will see your placed order and you can cancel your order from there. P.S. - Order once shipped will be considered to be sold. (Shipping is generally done within first 15 days of your order placement). Any cancellation henceforth will be subject to Artist Revamp fee. When will I know my order is accepted?


Once your payment is through your order gets automatically accepted. Now sip your coffee and chill. We will update you every step of the way regarding the completion of the painting, packaging and shipping.




When will I get my refunds back?


We are sorry to lose you. You can expect a refund within 15-working days.




How long will it take to deliver my order?


Your artform will be in your home within 25-30 days™ time interval. In case of any delay such as custom check-ups or unavailability of raw materials we will notify you beforehand.




Is it possible to change the delivery address after ordering?


You need to write us at admin@artraditions.com, with your ORDER ID. If the order is shipped before you got a chance to change your address, there is nothing we can do henceforth. All we can do is suggest is to order a new one from the store.




I was charged twice for the same order.
